Schedule a call

We start with a real conversation — no jargon, no pressure. You tell me about your business, what's stressing you out, and where you want to go. I'll ask the right questions to figure out exactly which level of support makes sense for you and what we're working with.

Get connected

Once we know the plan, I'll get access to your accounting software and financial accounts. Whether you're running QuickBooks, working off spreadsheets, or haven't really tracked anything yet — we'll meet you where you are and get everything into one clean place.

Initial clean-up

Before anything gets automated, we make sure the foundation is solid. If your books are behind or things don't quite add up, we get that sorted first.

Automate

With clean books in place, we automate what we can — bank feeds, recurring transactions, payroll integrations — so the process runs smoothly every month without you having to babysit it.

Monthly review

Every month you get up-to-date books and a clear picture of where your business actually stands. I review your reports, flag anything worth your attention, and make sure nothing surprises you — especially come tax time. You focus on the job. I've got the rest.
